Everyone gets nervous before they go on stage. It’s perfectly normal. That being said, those jitters can easily turn to fear and fear blocks your inner light. When you are prepared, focused and calm, you give yourself the ability to shine brightly and inspire your audience. Watch what I do just moments before my speaking engagement.
