With the economy still in a slump and the fiscal cliff looming (very dramatic, no?!), I would hope that our Congress would learn the art of collaboration. Confidence begins with balance. When you are too opinionated, too closed off or too rigid, you are blocking your ability to find strength in the middle. The middle is where the wisdom lies.
