Once upon a time we lived in a world where people would walk down the street and admire the trees, check out the passing cars and say hello to the occasional stranger walking by. We noticed things as we strolled along.
Then came the cell phone and everything changed.
Suddenly, we were overcome with the idea that we needed to be reached and to reach others every second of every day. We compulsively checked our email, the news, and our “friends” online. It all seemed innocent enough, right?
Let’s face it, our habits have changed.

You are incredible. Just as you are. No cell phone required. To life!
